Hey guys, I just want to introduce myself....My char's name is Unholytruth....Real name is Chris I am going to be one of your raid leaders, and help you guys guys get through ssome of the more difficult raids, as I beleive you guys should be smashing ToC 10 and moving on to ICC 10 Couple of things are going to change. EPGP is going to be introduced. It ensure fair loot distribution, and also ensure a good turn out for raiding. Thise of you who do not turn up to a raid with enough food and flasks/elixers will receive an EPGP penalty, similarly, if you constantly DC or go AFK without letting a raid leader know you will be penalised and may be kicked from the raid My main char is a Kingslayer and I have killed every boss encounter in WotLK. I expect to be listened to. On the same note, I also expect every one in the raid to be on vent, to listen for raids warnings and communicate. ALL BoE items will go to the guild bank....without exception. Any BoE that you would like from the guild bank will be purchasable.....speak to Jaxom for how much tey cost, but I would reccomend something like half the AH value. Please remember that putting raids together and getting the right people for a raid is a pain in the butt, a lot of peeps will and can be replaced, for the betterment of the raid Add-ons...you will all need uyour generic add-ons , I.E Omen 3 threat monitor, or something simillar, Deadly boss mods, these two are the bare minimum, You will also need your class specific add-ons, I.E for paladins, palypower, healers heallbot....etc.etc........also, if u want to see how much EPGP u have, then i suggest you download and install EPGP. ( to access EPGP you type /epgp) |
