Paladin

Well since I am the Weyr Leader and a Paladin I guess I should contribute to the advice section on Paldin’s. Now I am going to be totally honest and say this advice will have a big Tankadin lean to it, so you Holly Paladins please leave comments or write to Jaxom@dragonsweyr.co.uk and I’ll put your advice up under the Holly section.

The Tankadin

So what exactly is a Tankadin, well in the truest term the knight in Shining Armor!
(If you have ever read David Eddings books of the Malorean or the Belgariad you will have come across a Mimbrate Knight, “Mandorallen, Baron of Vo Mandor” who is called the “Knight Protector” he is a Tankadin to the core
(“Your friend shows a remarkable lack of good sense,” Silk observed to Mister Wolf, wiping the rain from his face. “Those things will turn on him any second now.”
“It probably hasn’t occurred to him that he’s in any danger,” Wolf replied. “He’s a Mimbrate, and they tend to think they’re invincible.”)
He has complete belief in the fact he can beat anyone with his combination of Warrior Battle skills, Area of Effect Magic and the ability to self heal. He thinks he’s invincible!
Well being honest – yes a tankadin is tough and can do a lot of 2 and even 3 man quests solo but there not invincible but they are (in my opinion a lot of fun if you like to waid in there knowing you have tricks up your sleave) an excellent tank and when you group a good healer, a good DPS (Damage per second) and a Tankadin you have a formidable 3 person team.
